I woke up not feeling well 😕, some kind of stomach issue. So I stayed in bed while Jacob went on a hike. He texted me the views while he hiked, and sent a zoomed in view of our hotel from the hill top. He also bought a cute souvenir sheep to give to our friends in Vietnam.
By the time he got back I was feeling better. So we grabbed some lunch and headed to our Onsen appointment which our friends Eric and Athena arranged for my birthday. It was relaxing and the views were beautiful.
After the onsen, we enjoyed a gin tasting at the Gin Garden next door to the onsen. The gin was good and we had a delicious meal with the tasting.
We then headed back to Queenstown to explore the some hidden bars in the area.
