Our hotel is at the base of Mt. Myojingatake, so we decided to hike to the peak. It was a beautiful morning hike, the views were great but the downhill was a bit steep and rough.
After the hike we went back to the hotel and got cleaned up, so that we could continue our adventures. We took the streetcar and the ropeway up to Lake Ashi where we boarded a pirate ship to take us across the lake.
After all that adventuring, we finally decided to have lunch at a cream cheese Karaage place, Hakone Karaage Karatto. We got Karaage sets and fancy waffles for desert. It was delicious, we didn’t expect cream cheese and karaage to go so well but now we know.
Afterwards we met up with Aaron and Nicole of dinner and drinks and called it an early night, we were a bit exhausted.
