After visiting the Brazilian side of the falls, today we head to the Argentinian side. We started by going on a hike along the waterfalls. The hike was beautiful and we saw all the waterfalls and it didn’t start raining until near the end of the walk.
As we were finishing up the walk the rain started pouring down in buckets and we were soaking wet within a few minutes.
Luckily we had plans to be soaking wet anyway. We headed to the speed boat tours of the falls where we boarded a bus that took us thru the jungle to the boat landing.
We climbed into the back of the boat on a somewhat elevated platform in front of the driver. The boat then took off down the river to the falls where we got close up and personal with the waterfalls.
After being plunged into the waterfalls the boat headed back to the dock and we made our way soggily back to the bus.
We got changed into some dry clothes and headed back to our hotel for a shower and lunch.
After lunch we relaxed by the pool, took a nap, and then had a lazy evening in.
