Today we are going on a horse back ride to a waterfall on the property. Jacob and I are very in experienced with riding horse. I think this was both our second or third time ever on a horse. The ride was nice and I only felt like the horse was running away with me once, because Jacob’s horse started running and mine thought it would be a fun idea to do the same thing. Also it wasn’t until the end of the ride that I gained enough confidence to snap a couple pictures from horse back.
With sore butts, we sat down and had lunch.
After lunch we went on a tour of the property to learn more about the history of the Hacienda and the cheese factory. One cool thing we learned was that two presidents of Ecuador lived in the Hacienda and we got to see the president office.
We then relaxed and enjoyed hanging out in the Hacienda until dinner.
