Today I had a morning call and Jacob went on a hike. He had to take a boat to the hike and was very fascinated by the fungi, ferns, and moss.
After his hike he came back to the Airbnb to pick me up and head off to Milford Sound. The views on the way to Milford Sound were incredible. Along the way to Milford Sound we picked up 3 hitch hikers on their way to the port for a similar boat tour we were planning to take and got them there just in time.
We walked to the boat landing area and got our ticket to board our tour boat. After a bit of a wait we boarded the boat and found a place to sit at the back of the boat and we’re on our way. We got to see dolphins and seals along with the multitude of waterfalls.
After the boat tour we headed to town for dinner and had a lazy night.
